StalpX ("StalpX", "we") respects your privacy. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you contact us through the forms on our site or through our ads, how we use it, and what rights you have. We operate in line with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR, EU 2016/679) and Greek law.

Data controller

What we collect

We only collect what you give us voluntarily:

• From the External Snapshot form: your name, email, company name and website, sector, and any question you write.
• From an interest form or an ad (e.g. Meta Lead Ads): your name, email, phone, your company type and activity, and what you want to achieve with AI.

We do not collect special categories of data, and we do not buy contact lists.

How we use it

• To build and send you the free External Snapshot you requested.
• To reply to you and discuss whether and how we can help your business.
• To understand, in aggregate, what the market is looking for, so we can improve our services.

We do not use your data for automated decisions that legally affect you, and we do not send you unsolicited bulk mail.

Legal basis

We process your data based on your consent (when you submit a form) and our legitimate interest in responding to a request you started.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your data. We share it only with providers that help us operate, as data processors:

• Meta (Facebook/Instagram) when you fill in a form inside an ad. Meta's own privacy policy also applies.
• Resend to deliver the emails generated by the forms.
• Cloudflare to host the site.

Some of these may process data outside the EU, always with the appropriate safeguards required by the GDPR.

How long we keep it

We keep your data for as long as needed to answer your request and for as long as we stay in contact. You can ask us to delete it at any time.

Cookies

The site does not use advertising or tracking cookies. We only store one local setting in your browser (your light or dark theme preference), which is strictly functional.

Your rights

You have the right to access, correct, delete, restrict and object to the processing of your data, as well as data portability. To exercise any of these, email us at [email protected]. You also have the right to lodge a complaint with the Hellenic Data Protection Authority (dpa.gr).

We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows the most recent version.
